We packed up a couple trailers full of horses and a couple of cars of people from RLEC and invited a few other friends over to Sterling Silver Stables in Lafayette for a cross country schooling day. As you can tell from the photos everyone had a great time... but the day was bittersweet. Jessica who has been with RLEC since she was 10 is now a freshman at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Today she and Lightning moved to their new home at SSS. Thanks to everyone at SSS who really went out of their way to make us feel at home. We know Jessica and Lightning are in good hands.
